The staff were helpful and really polite, gave us great tips. We had the standard triple room with an extremely comfy bed.

The hotel was fairly clean with accommodating staff. It had a lovely central setting close to the main boulevard. We were really close to the island for diving, the center of Puerto Baquerizo, and Playa Mann.

The hotel is terrific, exceptionally comfortable based in a lovely building. The room is well priced. It offers extremely comfy bed and excellent services. The property has a particularly good and top location, close to the main boulevard. There's Galapagos Dreams Restaurant serving quick orders a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

Views are depressing.

Breakfast with nice view. Exceptionally nice location to discover his Island, and 15 minute walk from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Also - adjacent to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno as well as boats and turist places...

The hotel is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Its location is top-notch, being close to the airport, jetty, restaurants, the island for diving and snorkeling, as well as the town center. There are plenty of food choices within walking distance from the hotel.

They gave me a tidy and air-conditioned room with the bathroom as well as balcony. The location was favourable and top, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a small beach🙂😃

The staff here were so friendly and the hotel is in an amazing location, perfect for exploring the island and we enjoyed dining at a nearby restaurant called "La Playa" multiple times during our stay.

The room was exceptionally nice and incredible. the hotel provided down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, so I slept like a baby. - the staff was very supportive and quickly fixed any issues I had. - the breakfast was good, and the check-in process was easy. - Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. - the location was marvelous, close to a small beach and an easy walk to stores, restaurants, and the main area of town.

This hotel is great value for money! The rooms are clean and spacious, with fresh towels provided daily. I loved having a balcony to enjoy the views. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that the basic amenities are taken care of. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the waterfront. The recent renovations have definitely added a nice touch to the overall experience.
